DEPRESSION: - OUTCOME OF UNEXPRESSED EXPRESSIONS
In today’s era we are quite acquainted with the word
‘Depression’. The root
cause of depression is the suppression of mental as well as physical emotions.
You just do something which you really don’t want to do but you have to do it
because that’s what your surrounding demands.
The major cause of depression is individual humiliation in
this competitive world, where in spite of your ability and talent, you don’t
get a chance and so you feel neglected as well as inferior.
Once you get caught into the trap of depression, negative
energy starts surrounding you, fear takes over you and any moment now you are
ready to fall sick.
Viruses are not much of a problem, but our own state of mind
is the biggest problem. We can harm ourselves more than any outside diseases.
Today we would like to introduce to you a few methods, food patterns, lifestyle and natural ways which may help you to remain more balanced and a little less thinking.
CURE DEPRESSION WITHOUT MEDICATION :
The problem which is self-created cannot be cured by
outer help. With depression the journey from being normal to abnormal is your
own creation.
Now whenever you are feeling low either you go into isolation
or even most of the people lose themselves in the world of media and stop
connecting to even those who really love them and care about them. You start
remaining silent outwardly but internally big chaos is going on.
The very first thing you need to do is be with the people who
care about you, gather your courage and try to express your inner feelings,
whatever they are. However bad it seems still speak up! Don’t think what others
will think about you because human mind doesn’t remember anything about the
other for long and if people love you they will understand you. And you will
feel relieved.
Secondly what you need the most is getting back your usual routine, like eating on time, sleeping on time, a little exercise or yoga and doing whatever are your creative interest.

NATURE THE HEALER:
Nowadays we have totally forgotten about connecting to
nature and how nature can heal us in a way that no medicine can cure you.
Have you ever observed that people in past days were not even
aware about the word depression, and it is because they used to live their own
life so beautifully and grounded to the earth.
Children these days are so much into multi-media gaming that
they totally forget about the real games which connect them to trees and fresh
air.
The people who benefits from our new habits are not us, but
only either doctors or psychologists.
Apart from vitamins and other nutrients what we also need is
fresh air, sunlight, vastness of the sky and connecting to mother earth.
Whenever you are feeling low just go out for a little walk
and sit by the side of any tree and watch your mind, after a while you will
feel little lighter.
Try to do plantation in your home; try to make a small garden
outside your house or in gallery if you are living in an apartment. Take care
of your plants, give water to your plants and this will help you to connect
with the soil which has so much power in it to cure a person internally. Give
30 to 40 mins of your day for planting and taking care of it.
60% of the human body is water but we don’t know whether the
quality of water which we are drinking is good or not. Nowadays we mostly drink
water directly from the filter which is not good so try to keep water overnight
in a mud pot (matka) and avoid using plastic bottles to store water.
Sun is the source of life for every single living creature on
this planet so try to take a minimum of 45 to 60 mins of direct sunlight
because it is a key source of energy for your body and it will enhance your
mood.
SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR YOUR DIET:
Our diet is so much connected to how we feel. You must have
observed that whenever you eat heavy food you feel lethargic and low, and
sleepy and you don’t feel like doing anything at all.
Understand that food is a source of energy not merely for
taste, so you should feel energetic after your meal.
Mostly we eat out of our habits, so we don’t wait for the
body to ask for food, but we eat because it’s time to eat and not because we
are actually hungry.
It is advisable to intake 70% raw food and 30% cooked food.
But what we do mostly is we eat 80% to 90% cooked food and just 10% raw food.
Once you start consuming more raw food you will feel the
difference in your energy level and thought process.
So add salads in every meal, stop consuming readymade packed
food as they are usually highly oily and will therefore make you feel low.
Add dry fruits and cereals to your diet.
Add Green leafy vegetables, avocado, walnuts, seeds, milk,
eggs and nuts in your diet this all will help you to remain energetic and therefore
help indirectly to cure depression.

A FINAL WORD:
There is no need to be ambitious in this world which is
over full of ambition. Even if you can’t succeed in one thing which you were
hoping, there are always many other options. Often we don’t want to consider or
look at new possibilities or we even avoid to go in certain direction.
Let’s get united and help others to come out of depression and to lead a happy life.
