PRESENT SCENARIO AND IMPORTANCE OF IMMUNE SYSTEM.

Ø The time has come where only we can
help ourselves. I am not saying that medical world is out of date, they are
helping us putting their life at risk.
Looking at
the present scenario it’s clearly visible that:
· Boost up your Immune system.
· Remain disease free.
· Rise yourself mentally and
physically.
Now a days
when anyone says COVID-19 we almost consider that person as dead. I am not
saying that such viruses are not deadly, ‘they are’, but on the contrary
fearfulness is bigger virus than COVID itself.
As a
Certified Nutrition Consultant it’s my duty to throw a light on the right
direction. As far as I can see to me it looks like in past decade our immune
system has fallen. This virus helped us to throw light on the root cause of the
problem.
In the name
of health what not man goes on feeding to their body. In the world of
multimedia we have totally forgotten that in our own house one place called
“kitchen” exists, and that’s the place which is enough to provide us with whole
universe. Our health is hidden in our own kitchen.
Today I would like to introduce you a drink easy to make, healthy to consume and it will help you to boost up your immunity. When something has so many beneficial values it feels like magical, so why not we call it a “Magical mix”.
“MAGICAL
MIX”
· To make this what we need is:-
1.
Water – 1 cup
2.
Ginger – 1” by 1” piece (grated)
3.
Black pepper – 1 pinch (grounded)
4.
Cinnamon powder – 1 pinch
5.
Lemon grass/ green tea- ¼ spoon
6.
Honey – according to taste
7.
Lemon juice- according to taste.
· Procedure:-
Ø Take a cup of water in a pan, add
grated ginger, black pepper, cinnamon powder and let it boil for two minutes.
Ø After it boils turn the gas of off and
add your green tea and cover it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Ø Filter it in a cup and add lemon & honey
according to taste. (If honey is not available one can add jaggery as well).
· Multiple Benefits:-
1. Boost up your immune system.
2. Detox your overall system.
3. Help to reduce weight.
Ø It is recommended to take empty stomach
in the morning.
Ø If you are using it just as a detox
then twice a week is fruitful.
